The Olmos Ensemble exists to perform chamber music at the highest professional standards. The group performs a series of concerts on Tuesday evenings at Christ Episcopal Church in San Antonio as well as concerts for students at Southwest Texas State University, Our Lady of the Lake Unversity, and public schools in South Texas. It is comprised of the principal woodwinds and concertmaster of the San Antonio Symphony and pianist Warren Jones.

Río Trio is the faculty piano trio at the University of Texas at San Antonio. Composed of Gene Dowdy, violin, Judith Vander Weg, cello, and Christine Debus, piano, Río Trio has toured and performed from Houston to the Valley and from Laredo to San Antonio. The trio was founded in 1996 and performs full concerts and recitals in addition to run-out programs for high school orchestras throughout San Antonio and South Texas.

A professional brass quintet, the Hill Country Brass performs throughout South Central Texas providing prearranged musical programs for special occasions such as weddings, dinner parties, church services, children's concerts, and outdoor festivals. Musical selections range from baroque and Renaissance transcriptions to polkas and jazz. In addition, the quintet has extensive experience working with vocal groups and can provide instrumental arrangements from scores written for voice, piano, or organ. Members of the group are Ron Ledbetter, trumpet, Randy Heaton, trumpet, Paul Dixon, French horn, Paul Schlichting, trombone, and Keith Robinson, tuba.
