Take I-35 Exit
187:
South Seguin Avenue,
(and Lake McQueeney and FM 725).
Proceed (north)west
on South Seguin Avenue
to the downtown circle.
Turn right onto the circle and
pass the first two intersections:
East San Antonio Street and
North Seguin Avenue.
Turn right at the third intersection:
West San Antonio Street.
Proceed two blocks to the 
on the right.
Beyond the theater and
before the railroad tracks,
turn right for parking.
